Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Development

• Creating modern, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Balancing aesthetics with usability across platforms.

UX Research & Prototyping

• Conducting user research to understand behaviors and needs.
• Building wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in tools like Figma.

User Flows & Interaction Design

• Mapping end-to-end user journeys.
• Ensuring smooth navigation across web, mobile, and embedded UIs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Working with engineering/development teams to implement designs.
• Participating in QA to ensure design accuracy.

Consistency & Standards

• Maintaining visual and functional consistency across different platforms.
• Ensuring responsiveness and accessibility compliance.

Feedback & Iteration

• Incorporating stakeholder and user feedback.
• Iteratively improving designs through testing and updates.

Documentation & Handoff

• Preparing detailed design documentation.
• Providing handoff assets (annotations, specifications, notes) for developers.

Other UX Activities

• Supporting design-related tasks such as presentations, workshops, and update logs.

Deliverables

• Design Files: Figma assets, annotated screens, and design systems.
• Prototypes: Interactive demos for review and usability testing.
• Documentation: UX guidelines, update logs, and handoff notes.
• Presentations: To communicate design ideas and progress to stakeholders.
