Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with our client in the Healthcare industry to hire a Project Coordinator for an immediate remote one year term role. This position may extend and / or has the potential to become temporary to hire. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can oversee a high volume of concurrent initiatives, and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams across multiple time zones. Experience in the healthcare industry will be considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support several Project Managers by scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and following up on action items.
  • Facilitate communication between global stakeholders, internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and tracking tools.
  • Monitor project budgets, risks, and issues, escalating as appropriate.
  • Provide accurate and timely project status updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with vendors, client teams, and technical specialists to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned.
Qualifications
  • 5 plus years of experience as a Project Coordinator is required 
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple projects at once, ideally in a global environment.
  • Experience working across different time zones and supporting multiple Project Managers.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • PMI certification is an asset.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Monday.com is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with large-scale budgets and global projects.
  • Healthcare industry experience is considered an asset.
  • Criminal background is required
