Information Technology Project Manager - Healthcare Domain

Leading healthcare provider in driving impactful digital transformation initiatives that enhance care delivery and operational excellence across the island.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of IT systems and the corporate website, ensuring alignment with the organization’s digital strategy and Ministry of Health initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving system upgrades, third-party integrations, and vendor management, ensuring seamless interoperability with national healthcare platforms.
• Spearhead the modernization of financial systems, including the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and e-billing solutions.
• Manage the migration and integration of clinical systems with MOH and AIC platforms to improve care coordination and operational efficiency.
• Deliver data-driven projects to improve client information accuracy, leveraging both digital and postal channels for outreach.
• Develop domain expertise in Singapore’s Long-Term Care and Active landscape to inform IT strategy and solution design.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects within healthcare or public sector environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including coordination with government agencies and external vendors.
• Technical proficiency in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and healthcare IT solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• A collaborative mindset and empathetic approach that aligns with the organization’s mission and values.
• Good to have minimum 5-8 years of IT project management experience in IT infrastructure, business applications and security management framework.
• Working experience in Integrated Electronics Medical Records system, Automated Rostering and Scheduling systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Web Technologies and Development, Infrastructure and Cyber Security would be an advantage.
