Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Business Analyst to join our innovative team.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in defining, analyzing, and delivering solutions focused on user needs for cross-platform digital experiences, while working closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure effective business results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and accessibility teams to define requirements, constraints, and implementation strategies
• Document experience design specifications to support wireframe and prototype creation
• Partner with project management to establish timelines and prioritize UX research and design deliverables
• Resolve discrepancies in experience design requirements and unify stakeholders around a shared direction
• Identify knowledge gaps in expected designs and stakeholder needs, providing clarity
• Facilitate workshops to build shared understanding of user personas, journeys, and success metrics across teams
• Conduct user research methods such as stakeholder interviews, usability assessments, and heuristic evaluations
• Analyze findings to pinpoint pain points, validate hypotheses, and propose actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with UX researchers and strategists to synthesize data, ensuring consistency with user behaviors and needs
• Manage light project coordination tasks, tracking timelines and aligning design execution with Agile sprint goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in requirements analysis and communication within Product Design or UX/UI contexts
• Understanding of interaction design, visual design, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
• Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and translating insights into strategic design outcomes
• Strong competency in delivering sophisticated user-focused solutions while working with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
• Knowledge of front-end development concepts, including Angular, React, and responsive design principles
• Background in educational technology, learning design, or conversational UX interfaces supported by AI/LLM technologies
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
