Your mission

We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects in the development and production of advanced UAV systems. This role combines classic project management with elements of program coordination — ensuring alignment between engineering, production, and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the full lifecycle of projects: from requirements and design to testing and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, QA, supply chain).
• Build realistic timelines, track progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Develop and maintain the capabilities and requirements matrix to ensure alignment between business goals, technical design, and production capabilities.
• Act as a connector between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Support program-level planning: budgeting, resource allocation, priorities across multiple projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project or program management in engineering, production, or defense/tech companies.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams and technical specialists.
• Hands-on experience with capabilities and requirements matrix: collecting, structuring, and tracking requirements across the lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate+ English; Ukrainian is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Background in engineering, aviation, or defense projects.
• Experience with international teams and distributed production.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
