Full Stack Engineer

SENIOR FULLSTACK ENGINEER – C# / ASP.NET / SQL SERVER / HIGH OWNERSHIP / SAAS PRODUCT / ACT

• 3+ years’ experience with modern full stack development (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, plus front-end skills in HTML/CSS/JS)
• Strong ownership mentality – want to deliver high-quality software, not just ship tickets
• Excited by SaaS platforms and product-led engineering
• Salary: $100K - $160K + Super + Performance Bonuses
• Hybrid role: Canberra HQ, 3-4 days in-office

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll work closely with the CTO and product team to build, enhance, and scale the company’s flagship SaaS platform.

This means:

• Developing across the stack in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Designing and optimising database structures in SQL Server
• Translating client requirements into clean, pragmatic technical solutions
• Collaborating on UI/UX improvements to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Engaging in architecture and infrastructure conversations, especially around AWS cloud environments
• Testing, iterating, and releasing frequently, high-quality delivery is at the core of everything we do

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or complex product environments
• Strong backend skills (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
• Strong frontend abilities (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery)
• Sound understanding of UX principles and the ability to deliver polished, user-friendly interfaces
• Experience working in collaborative teams, ideally with direct client interaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Eligibility for Australian security clearance (NV1 or higher preferred, or ability to obtain)

IT’S NICE TO HAVE…..

• Prior experience in governance, compliance, or highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with AWS technologies
• An appetite for shaping technical culture in a fast-moving SaaS company
• Ambition for future leadership roles (this role has a genuine pathway to Team Lead and CTO)
