ERP Project Manager

One of our most established and seasoned manufacturing customers is embarking on a major systems transformation and we’re looking for a proven ERP Project Manager to take the reins. If you've recently led a successful Oracle NetSuite implementation in a manufacturing or industrial environment, this is your chance to shape and deliver a business-critical program with visible impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and lead the full Oracle NetSuite implementation, from planning through to go-live
• Act as the key interface between the Project Board, business stakeholders, and a third-party NetSuite partner
• Align the system rollout with manufacturing operations (finance, warehousing, supply chain)
• Own the project governance, delivery roadmap, vendor coordination, risk, and change management
• Ensure strong user adoption and post-go-live support planning

What we’re looking for:

• Recent, hands-on experience delivering Oracle NetSuite into a manufacturing or product-based business
• Ability to navigate project boards and senior stakeholders with ease
• Experience managing external ERP vendors/implementation partners
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and business processes within manufacturing
• Willingness to be on-site 3+ days per week to ensure effective delivery and engagement
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
