DATA ANALYST, HIGH-GROWTH TECH COMPANY, $110,000 - $130,000 per annum + SUPER + BONUSES, FULL-TIME HYBRID, SYDNEY

DATA ANALYST – SQL / PYTHON / COMMERCIAL INSIGHTS / CONSUMER SAAS

• 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis within tech, SaaS, or consumer businesses
• Strong SQL and Python capability, with a track record of delivering business-focused insights
• Salary: $100K – $140K + Super + Performance Bonuses
• Hybrid role: Sydney HQ, 2–3 days in-office

THE ROLE

The Data Analyst will sit at the centre of the decision-making process, shaping strategy with evidence-based insights.

You will:

• Deliver high-quality analysis that informs commercial, product, and operational decisions
• Enhance the organisation’s core data models to support scalability and consistency across markets
• Build out dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide a reliable “single source of truth”
• Analyse performance of key initiatives and uncover growth opportunities across acquisition, engagement, and retention

ABOUT YOU

• 3–5 years’ experience in analytics, ideally in a SaaS, consumer, or scale-up environment
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, plus strong Excel/Sheets skills
• Commercial mindset: you translate data into meaningful business recommendations
• Strong communicator: able to distil complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
• High attention to detail with strong ownership of data accuracy and reliability

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in fast-moving, high-growth businesses
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools and data modelling best practices
• Exposure to experimentation, A/B testing, or statistical modelling
• Curiosity and drive to solve ambiguous problems at pace
