Key Responsibilities

_Design and build:_ Develop projects, modules, and features across all application layers (database, integrations, business logic, and user experience).

_Enable others:_ Create tools, documentation, and processes to support an efficient self-service model.

_Automate and optimize:_ Manage CI/CD pipelines with a GitOps approach and automate operational processes to enhance resilience and performance.

_Solve challenges:_ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and security.

_Collaborate and innovate_ : Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and propose creative, impactful solutions.

Requirements

✔️Senior: 5+ years of relevant software development experience.

✔️Strong back-end development expertise with proficiency in OOP ( Kotlin or JAVA ) , design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.

✔️Proven track record of solving complex technical problems.

✔️Advanced English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Desired Skills (not Mandatory)

✔️Experience building REST APIs.

✔️Front-end development with frameworks such as React or Angular.

✔️Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.

✔️Familiarity with agile methodologies and short release cycles.
