UX Designer

Overview:

We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer with 5+ years of experience and deep Figma expertise. You’ll lead end-to-end UX design, own and scale our design system, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers. Experience in streaming video is a major plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and map entire workflows across responsive web and mobile
• Help solidify our Figma system: components, tokens, libraries, documentation
• Collaborate daily with Design Director, Product Managers and Developers to ship polished features
• Present and explain UX decisions clearly
• Think through backend constraints, edge cases, and user journeys
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and dev-ready designs
• Maintain accessibility, UX best practices, and system consistency
• You’ll design both polished, consumer-facing experiences and complex backend management interfaces for enterprise SaaS tools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UX/UI experience
• Expert-level Figma skills (auto layout, prototyping, design libraries)
• Proven experience with design systems
• Proficient English (written and verbal)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to think holistically about workflows and user logic
• Basic development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
• Bonus: Streaming/media platform experience
