AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer with expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering to help design advanced solutions for tax compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design effective AI agents using Large Language Models tailored for tax compliance automation
• Implement backend systems and solutions using Python to support scalable AI workflows
• Develop precise and impactful prompts to enhance AI-driven decision-making
• Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Data Science, and Engineering to align goals and solutions
• Prototype innovative uses of Agentic AI to continuously improve compliance solutions
• Communicate insights and architecture decisions to technical and business stakeholders effectively

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with AI Agents, LLMs, and related automation technologies
• Background in Python programming with a focus on scalability and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Agentic Process Automation frameworks like Automation Anywhere
• Understanding of enterprise contexts, particularly solutions designed for compliance workflows
• Knowledge of designing AI prompts and implementing patterns for predictable agent behavior
