Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team.

In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless operations across our IT systems. You will play a key role in resolving technical challenges, implementing scalable solutions, and driving automation to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT requirements and align with business processes
• Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues to minimize operational downtime
• Address complex technical problems to maintain system stability and reliability
• Identify and implement IT solutions that improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Work closely with stakeholders to deploy scalable and effective IT infrastructure across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 2 years of experience in System Engineering or a similar role, with hands-on expertise in managing Google Workspace in enterprise settings
• Proficiency in configuring advanced Google Workspace security features, including Context-Aware Access (CAA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for email and other services
• Experience in managing Google Workspace Advanced Device Management for platforms like ChromeOS, Android, and iOS
• Skills in using Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Manager (GAM) for automation, scripting, and bulk operations
• Familiarity with device management across macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS using MDM tools like Kandji and Intune
• Experience in deploying and managing enterprise identity solutions such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace for access management
• Ability to implement and manage unified communication tools, including Google Meet hardware and software
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell for IT automation and system integration
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and implementation techniques
• Experience with enterprise identity management platforms such as Okta
• Expertise in advanced automation scripting to enhance IT capabilities
