We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team.
In this role, you will apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. You will be responsible for addressing technical challenges, implementing scalable solutions, and driving automation initiatives to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to understand IT needs and align solutions with business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to reduce downtime
- Solve complex technical issues to ensure IT systems remain stable and reliable
- Evaluate and implement IT solutions that enhance workflows and improve efficiency
- Work with stakeholders to deploy scalable IT infrastructure that aligns with the organization’s needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in System Engineering or a related role, with hands-on experience managing Google Workspace in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to configure advanced Google Workspace security features, including Context-Aware Access (CAA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Experience managing Google Workspace Advanced Device Management for ChromeOS, Android, and iOS platforms
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Manager (GAM) for automation, scripting, and bulk tasks
- Familiarity with device management across macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS using MDM tools like Kandji and Intune
- Experience with identity management platforms such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace for access control and user management
- Ability to manage and configure unified communication systems, including Google Meet hardware and software
- Expertise in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell for IT system automation and integrations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively
Nice to have
- Experience implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and solutions
- Knowledge of enterprise identity management platforms such as Okta
- Advanced skills in automation scripting to expand and enhance IT functionalities
