We are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team.
In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to ensure the efficient operation of IT systems. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, implementing scalable solutions, and driving automation efforts to support organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements and align solutions with business goals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize operational interruptions
- Address complex technical problems to maintain the stability and dependability of IT systems
- Assess and deploy IT solutions that improve operational workflows and boost productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable IT infrastructure that supports the organization’s growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in System Engineering or a similar role, with practical experience managing Google Workspace in enterprise-level environments
- Proven expertise in configuring advanced Google Workspace security features such as Context-Aware Access (CAA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Experience managing Google Workspace Advanced Device Management for platforms like ChromeOS, Android, and iOS
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Manager (GAM) for scripting, automation, and bulk operations
- Familiarity with managing devices across macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS using MDM solutions like Kandji and Intune
- Experience with deploying and managing identity management tools such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace for access control
- Ability to set up and manage unified communication systems, including Google Meet hardware and software
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell for automation and integration of IT systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Experience in deploying and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and strategies
- Knowledge of identity management platforms like Okta for enterprise environments
- Advanced expertise in automation scripting to enhance and extend IT capabilities
