We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team.
In this role, you will apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. You will be responsible for addressing technical issues, implementing scalable solutions, and driving automation initiatives to support the organization’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to understand IT needs and align solutions with business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, hardware, and software to minimize disruptions
- Handle complex technical challenges to ensure the stability and reliability of systems
- Evaluate and implement IT solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency
- Work with stakeholders to deploy scalable IT infrastructure that meets the organization’s requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in System Engineering or a similar position, with hands-on expertise in managing Google Workspace in enterprise environments
- Experience configuring advanced Google Workspace security features, including Context-Aware Access (CAA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings
- Proficiency in managing Google Workspace Advanced Device Management for platforms such as ChromeOS, Android, and iOS
- Skills in leveraging Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Manager (GAM) for scripting, automation, and bulk operations
- Familiarity with managing devices across macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS using MDM tools like Kandji and Intune
- Experience deploying and managing identity solutions such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace for user access management
- Ability to configure and manage unified communication tools, including Google Meet hardware and software
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell for automation and system integrations
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
Nice to have
- Experience with implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and strategies
- Knowledge of enterprise identity management platforms such as Okta
- Advanced skills in automation scripting to expand and optimize IT functionality
