Mobile Developer

We are looking for an experienced Android/Kotlin Developer to join our client's development team. You’ll play a key role in building secure, high-performance mobile applications that enable real-time communication (text, voice, video) for mission-critical use cases.

What You’ll Do

• Develop native Android and/or iOS applications with a strong focus on real-time communication (text, voice, video)
• Work with microservice-based backends, ensuring reliability and performance under all network conditions.
• Manage app distribution across smartphones, tablets, and other devices.
• Write clean, maintainable code following MVVM and Clean Architecture principles.
• Set up and maintain unit tests, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.

What are we looking for?

• You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• You possess excellent skills in native Android development and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• You have substantial experience as an application developer in a similar role.
• You are adept in real-time information transmission, notification management, and offline-first app development.
• You have solid familiarity with modern authentication concepts such as OpenID and JWT.
• You are comfortable with CI/CD principles and the Git version control system.
• You are able to design and maintain robust unit tests.
• You apply software design best practices (e.g., Clean Architecture, MVVM).
• You possess excellent proficiency in French with fluency in technical English.
• You have experience in mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• You have an additional asset of experience with other mobile frameworks.
• You have a passive knowledge of Dutch.
