About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a seasoned Agile Coach to lead and support Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering Agile mindsets, enabling self-sufficient teams, and driving cultural change in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams and individuals in adopting Agile practices tailored to their maturity levels.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
• Lead change management efforts including training, mentoring, and coaching.
• Collaborate with other Agile Coaches to enhance Agile adoption across the organization.
• Customize training materials and documentation to simplify Agile implementation.
• Promote Agile values and behaviors throughout the organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Experience:

• Minimum 6 years in Agile coaching within complex organizations.
• Strong facilitation and team dynamics skills.
• Experience as a trainer is a plus.

✅ Certifications:

• Certified in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, DevOps, etc.).

✅ Soft Skills:

• Empathetic, persuasive, communicative, and a collaborative team player.
