Machine Learning Engineer (LLMs)
London, UK (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office weekly)
IC Resources is looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join a venture-backed startup in London, UK. If you’re passionate about pushing the limits of Generative AI and want to play a key role in revolutionising AI-driven compliance solutions, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of cutting-edge AI solutions, setting new standards for accuracy and compliance in industry.
Build and refine data pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and pre-processing.
Deploy high-performance generative AI models, including LLMs.
Write backend code in Node.js to integrate AI models into the platform.
Work closely with customers to align AI development with needs and business goals.
Essential Experience:
Degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science or related, or equivalent industry experience.
In addition, at least 2 years of industry experience as an AI / ML Engineer.
Strong interest and knowledge in GenAI, LLMs, reinforcement learning.
Data science/ML frameworks such as NLTK, Numpy, Pandas etc.
What’s On Offer:
£45-65k with some flexibility
