We are searching for an exceptional Chief Digital Officer to join a fast-growing automotive marketplace headquartered in Dubai.

This is a unique opportunity to spearhead a full-scale digital and technical transformation in one of the world’s most dynamic regions.

🌍 Relocation: Open to candidates worldwide, with potential relocation support to Dubai.

💰 Package: £180K – £220K per annum, dependent on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute a comprehensive digital strategy across technology, product, and data.
• Drive industry-wide digital transformation using build, buy, or partner initiatives.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding architecture, platform scaling, and stack modernisation.
• Partner with the executive team to deliver growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Lead the development of AI/ML and advanced data analytics capabilities to enhance transparency and market trust.
• Build, mentor, and grow high-performing digital and technology teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of digital and technology leadership, with a strong technical foundation.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformations.
• Hands-on experience with: Python, Ruby, PHP/Laravel, AWS, Vue.js, React.js, Typescript, Sass, Flutter.
• Expertise in operational effectiveness, business optimisation, and growth through digital innovation.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in automotive, marketplaces, classifieds, or high-growth digital platforms is a plus.
