Human Resources Generalist

Frazer Jones Ireland are working with a Professional Services company in central Dublin to secure talent for proactive and collaborative HR Generalist. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this broad-based HR generalist role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, delivering operational HR support and contributing to strategic projects that shape the future of the people agenda.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary HR contact for designated departments, providing HR guidance and support.
• Manage a wide range of HR operations including payroll preparation, leave management, employee relations, and performance management.
• Coach and advise people managers on HR policies and best practices.
• Build strong relationships across the business, delivering practical, data-driven HR solutions.
• Collaborate with the HR operations team on initiatives such as employee engagement and change management.
• Support strategic projects including Auto Enrolment and the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years’ HR generalist experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong background in employee relations and operational HR.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and HR reporting skills.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to mentoring and team development.
• High levels of discretion and professionalism.
