Cyber Security Analyst

DB recruitment are delighted to partner with one of Ireland's most well known organisations in the search for a cyber security analyst to join their growing team. This a great opportunity to join an organisation who are investing heavily within their cyber security teams, have lots of new greenfield projects ongoing & are offering great learning & development opportunities across technology.

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will monitor organisation infrastructure for vulnerabilities and threats, respond to incidents, and work with internal teams to strengthen security controls and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years IT Security experience ideally with experience working within a regulated environment.
• ·Experience with common security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, endpoint protection) & hands on experience responding to security incidents and carrying out investigations.
• Relevant certification would be a huge plus (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC)
• Excellent comms with desire to work within a growing team.

This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to be onsite 3 days per week onsite.
