We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Business Development & Key Account Manager (F/M/X) to accelerate our commercial activities in Latvia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the aviation and IT sectors, and possess the ability to effectively engage with C-level stakeholders in the public sector.
🔥 Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-cycle sales strategies aimed at enhancing market presence and driving revenue growth.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key public sector accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Lead client interactions from initial proposal stages through to signed agreements and successful delivery.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting them into sustainable partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the creation of proposals, project execution, and ongoing follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with senior government stakeholders, adapting to complex bureaucratic structures.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
🎯 Your Profile:
- You have extensive B2B sales experience in aviation, IT, or public-sector-oriented solutions.
- You possess a proven track record of working within large organizations, particularly in strategic sales roles.
- You are capable of managing long and complex sales cycles with a strategic mindset.
- You demonstrate a high level of adaptability, commitment, and independent drive.
- You have native-level proficiency in the Latvian language, which is critical for this role.
- You are culturally mature and skilled at navigating complex organizational environments, including ministries and public companies.
- You are based in Latvia, preferably Riga.
