Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion — on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, and Software teams across regions.
• Tailor visual design and user experience in line with brand and audience preferences.
• Customize content and offerings based on regional and demographic insights.
• Oversee system/infrastructure implementations, ensuring smooth integration.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders: align goals, manage communication, resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and apply mitigation strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback, documentation, and shared learning.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience in Technology, Media, Entertainment, or IT environments.
• Deep understanding of delivery lifecycles and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly organized with excellent prioritization and time management.
• Proficient in: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Microsoft Office.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and resilient in fast-paced environments.
• Degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred.
