We are implementing Salesforce as the cornerstone of our business operations − including logistics, asset management, sales, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and CRM modules, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects, from planning to execution and successful delivery;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, data analysts, supply chain, sales, finance, and others) to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business needs;
  • Ensure smooth project workflows, staying within budgets, timelines, and quality standards;
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, clearly defining and documenting all processes using flowcharting (e. g. Draw.io, BPMN.io, Lucidchart, Camunda);
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project progress, challenges, and milestones achieved;
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges with effective solutions;
  • Train end-users to ensure they understand and effectively use Salesforce in their daily operations.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 years of experience managing CRM implementation projects, knowledge of business management solutions in logistics projects and system integrations;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus;
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage resources effectively;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams and translate business needs into actionable solutions;
  • Fluency in both Lithuanian and English is required.
