ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities:

As a ServiceNow Developer, your tasks will include designing, developing, building, and customizing the platform’s service catalog.

You will create and customize new catalog items and new flows to support ITIL processes such as service requests, incidents, and changes.

You will assist with and manage application updates, data loading, and data maintenance.

You will also be responsible for daily support and maintenance operations.

Integrations:

• Data Import / Export
• UpdateSets

Knowledge of the ITSM application:

• Incidents
• Service Catalog
• Change Management

Experience in creating catalog items:

• Conducting analysis with service owners
• Proposing technical solutions
• Drafting analysis documents for forms and workflows
• Creating forms
• Creating flows
• Performing unit tests

Strong proficiency in scripting (UI, Client, Business Rules, ACL).
