Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in sales or sales enablement to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product development and customer acquisition, ensuring that our solutions align with market demand, customer needs, and revenue goals.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and own product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for solutions aligned with sales-driven goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success, to prioritize features and define product requirements.
  • Use your sales experience to champion customer needs and pain points in the product development process.
  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, working closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify new opportunities and continuous improvement areas.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in customer-facing conversations, supporting strategic deals and gathering deep insights.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • 2+ years of prior experience in sales, sales engineering, or sales enablement strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B or enterprise products.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience working in SaaS, CRM, or enterprise software environments.
  • Ability to translate complex customer feedback into clear product features.
  • Familiarity with PC components channel structure and knowledge of competition.
