First who

Key Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a Cloud & DevOps engineer, with Azure DevOps, GitHub/Gitlab experience.
Security knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and infrastructure.
Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Strong database management experience (MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB).
Experience with SaaS application design and maintenance.
Strong experience in project delivery, process improvement, and root-cause analysis.
Ability to work in dynamic, changing environments with shifting priorities

Then what

We’re seeking an experienced Cloud & DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and deployment processes. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver in-house solutions, improve system performance, and accelerate development workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating dynamic technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and time-to-market.
Monitor system performance and capacity across cloud environments.
Contribute to architecture design and discussions for scalable applications.
Deliver and support internal IT solutions across the project lifecycle (design, development, operations).
Automate repetitive tasks and optimize existing code for performance and reliability.
Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub.
Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to manage and provision cloud infrastructure.
Ensure system security and compliance across Windows and Linux environments.
Collaborate on process improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
Maintain and update system and process documentation.
