Project Program Manager

• DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;

• DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

We are looking for a Project Program Manager for a project based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, schedule, cost and quality;
• Manage program of strategic definition and implementation of new systems architecture in customer segment of the National and Spanish market;
• Ensure decision support evaluations (economic, functional and technical);
• Elaborate the project reporting, management information and promote the decision;
• Elaborate and ensure compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risks and mitigation);
• Ensure financial execution is in line with execution;
• Manage the relationship and assertive communication with all stakeholders;
• Ensure adequate governance to the strategic project of relevance in the Group.

Requirements:

• Up to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager of medium size and complexity in scope, timings and/or budget;
• Degree preferably in Computer Science, Software, Electrical and Computer Engineering;
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing;
• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment;
• Ability to critically analyze and focus on solving blockage points;
• Experience in program management / IT project management, or IT product management;
• Critical thinking skills and high level of autonomy and responsibility;
• Good communication skills with different profiles of interlocutors, in Portuguese and Spanish
• Project Manager Certefication.
