Project Program Manager

We are looking for a Project Program Manager for a project based in Lisbon

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, schedule, cost and quality;
• Prepare and ensure compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risks and mitigation);
• Ensure financial execution is in line with execution;
• Manage the relationship and assertive communication with all stakeholders;
• Prepare project reporting, management information and promote decision making;
• Support the new head of the Transformation Office in managing this high impact, high visibility, high strategy and high transformation project in collaboration with other team members, areas and/or external consultants;
• Build rapport and work closely with the various project stakeholders across all platforms and geographies to ensure implementation of the initiatives;
• Prepare and deliver high quality executive presentations to the C-level on the status, implications and impact of the project.

Requirements:

• Up to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager (certifications are valued);
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in strategy and/or management consulting;
• Degree preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering;
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing;
• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment;
• Capacity for critical analysis and focused on solving blockage points;
• Have a strategic and problem-solving mindset;
• Experience in digital transformation projects;
• Experience in project management in large and complex organizations.
