What You'll Do
Own Design Excellence
- Create beautiful, intuitive interfaces that users love
- Build and maintain our design system and component library from the ground up
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs
- Make fast design decisions with confidence
- Question design decisions through a user-first lens
- Transform complex features into simple, elegant solutions
- Participate in user research and testing initiatives
- Use design to solve real user problems
- Work independently from concept to final deliverables
- Collaborate with our PM to understand requirements, then own the execution
- Present designs with clear rationale for your decisions
- Deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
Must-Haves
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft - We want to see finished, polished work in production
- 3+ years designing digital products - With evidence of your personal touch in live products
- Figma expertise - You should be teaching us new tricks
- Speed without sacrificing quality - Show us how you work fast and maintain excellence
- Independent ownership - You run your design process without hand-holding
- Attention to detail - You notice things others miss
- Startup mindset - Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration

- Experience with design systems at scale
- Basic user research skills
