UX Designer

Required Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, prototyping, and final deliverables.
• Expertise in Figma (and proficiency with other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision is a plus).
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
• Strong understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both business stakeholders and development teams.
• Experience providing design documentation, style guides, and handoff materials for developers.

Preferred Skills

• Background in human-computer interaction, design, or related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with developers.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and establish UX best practices.
