Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Based in Barcelona

Salary : 45-50k

Preferred Experience

Proven track record in IT, Data & AI projects, ideally within large-scale transformation programs.

Solid experience managing cross-functional, international teams and delivering complex initiatives in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex data-driven transformation programs to modernize systems, processes, and decision-making.

Oversee the full project lifecycle of Data & AI initiatives, from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy.

Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (data scientists, developers, business analysts, stakeholders).

Drive change management efforts, including communication, training, and user adoption strategies.

Monitor performance to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and within scope.

Provide clear, impactful communication and foster strong stakeholder relationships across business units.

Contribute to defining and delivering AI flagship projects, including Travel General Enquiries and Call Summarization.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in project and program management within Data & AI contexts.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Trilingual: Spanish, French, and English, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.

Technical Environment

Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power BI, and related technologies).
