Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a PHP Developer (min. 4 years of experience)

B2B collaboration (SRL, PFA)

We are currently looking for Senior PHP Developer to join our growing team in Romania.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborative with the project team to understand project objectives, gather requirements, design plan, implementation, unit test and troubleshoot issues.
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
• Solution implementation, tasks implementation
• Design scalable and efficient solutions by leveraging the PHP framework if needed.
• Enjoy keeping up to date with the latest technologies and possibilities of related technologies and are not afraid to use your findings productively.
• Coordinate implement efforts with given timelines
• Provide training and mentoring to members. This includes effective onboarding for new employees, training new or under lever employee on new technologies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Follow Agile practices and work closely with the whole team.
• Collaborate with client platform team in finding the best technical approach.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in PHP and related frameworks, technologies.
• Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
• Have good experience with CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and third-party libraries.
• Have experience with Unit test and related tools.
• Have experience with SQL and No SQL Database
• Have experience with MySQL
• Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
• In-depth understanding of computer science fundamentals (OOP, data structures and algorithms, architectures, etc.)
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
• Ability to debug applications and collaborate with team members to overcome technical problems.
• Proficient understanding of code version control tools, such as Git
• Hard working, hard playing, learning to improve knowledge and skills, and a friendly attitude.
