Graduate Analytics Consultant

We are looking for a BI Enablement Specialist who is passionate about helping others learn and grow in the use of modern business intelligence platforms. This role focuses on training and upskilling users in Looker, Power BI, and Honeydew AI, enabling them to build their own reports and analyses confidently while maintaining data quality and security.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programmes: Create learning materials, workshops, and online courses tailored to different user groups.
• Upskill and support users: Run consultation sessions, maintain FAQs, and provide guidance to help users build confidence in self-service BI.
• Promote BI adoption: Foster a community of practice, gather feedback, and share updates to keep users engaged and informed.
• Ensure governance alignment: Learn and apply role/authorisation models to safeguard data access and compliance.
• Track and improve adoption: Monitor usage, evaluate support requests, and suggest improvements to training and processes.

What You’ll Bring

• Willingness to master BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Honeydew AI) and share knowledge with others.
• Interest in training, teaching, or facilitation — ability to explain complex topics simply.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Curiosity about data governance, access models, and cloud BI environments (previous knowledge is a plus, but not required).
• Enthusiasm for building communities, supporting peers, and driving change adoption.

Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business informatics, computer science, education, or related fields — but we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds with a strong interest in BI.
• Some exposure to BI, analytics, or data-related projects (e.g., coursework, internships, personal projects) is a plus.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing is beneficial, but not mandatory.
