They build intuitive, AI-driven tools that allow brands to curate visually compelling and high-converting digital storefronts without the need for heavy custom development. Today, their technology helps online retailers optimise inventory management, improve product visibility, and deliver shopping experiences that delight customers.

The Role

My client is seeking a Senior Full stack Engineer to join their small, highly talented engineering team. This hire will take a leading role in the continued development and stability of their most established product, which integrates deeply into a key e-commerce platform used by mid-market fashion and lifestyle brands.

This product is central to their business and directly drives revenue, making this a critical position with significant ownership and visibility. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with another senior engineer, as well as product and commercial teams, to deliver features that have a tangible impact on customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive feature development and maintenance of the core product platform
• Design and build backend services in Python (FastAPI/Flask)
• Contribute to frontend development in React
• Maintain and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based deployments in GCP
• Support monitoring and logging with tools like Prometheus, Loki and Grafana
• Interact with customers to understand tailored requirements and challenges
• Maintain application stability while introducing new capabilities

Requirements

• Strong experience developing in Python, with proven ability to build and maintain RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerisation and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker; ArgoCD/Terraform a plus)
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud environments
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL (design and optimisation)
• Frontend development experience with React
• Comfort working in a small, collaborative start up environment with high ownership
• (Bonus) Swedish language skills to support customer interactions
