What You Will Do
We offer the opportunity to join the Software unit within SSC Connect, which is entrusted to develop and maintain critical systems required to connect our customers with their satellites.
Our core business is to deliver satellite data to our customers, and the Data Engineering team owns critical components in this process. Their software ensures fast and reliable data delivery, as well as providing great observability for our customers and Network Management Center.
As a Software Engineer in the Data Engineering team, you will build and maintain:

You have a European citizenship and can travel within and outside Sweden if needed. As this position is critical to the operations of the SSC Services, it may include outside of standard working hours working and/or being part of an on-call team with up to 1 week on-call per month.

- Data pipelines and KPI calculations
- Dashboards and reports.

What You Need To Know
- B.S. Computer Science or Computer/Software Engineering, or similar experience
- System administration in Linux
- Managing and building containers
- Scripting and packaging in Python and shell
- SQL and managing databases
- Fluency in English.
- Automation for CI/CD and configuration management

- Dashboard Design and Visualization
