Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist who thrives at the intersection of data science and engineering, building scalable solutions for advanced AI/ML projects in real-world production environments.

About the Role

As a Data Scientist, you will:

• Develop tools, frameworks, and custom components to support machine learning platforms (model training, deployments, observability, explainability, feature stores, etc.).
• Design, build, and maintain large-scale data and cloud infrastructure required for machine learning projects.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to achieve full automation from development to production.
• Leverage software engineering principles to deliver efficient, scalable solutions in critical production environments hosted on GCP and Azure.
• Stay at the forefront of applied AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern ML frameworks.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong programming background in Python with proven hands-on experience in GCP & Azure.
• Solid working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), and REST APIs.
• Experience with MLOps practices, including ML pipelines and deploying ML models to production.
• Knowledge of open-source tools and frameworks (e.g., Nvidia Nemo, MongoDB, TensorRT, KServe, KNative, Apache Kafka).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong grasp of DevOps principles and experience in modern practices for automation and scalability.
• Exposure to scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and secure system design.
• Agile mindset with strong collaboration and experimentation skills.

Most Valued Skills for Success

1. Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
2. Strong Python programming skills with hands-on cloud expertise (GCP & Azure).
3. Experience designing scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems.
