Role: FullStack Architect

Location: Krakow Poland

Type: B2b Contract/UoP (Employment contract)

We are at Coforge hiring for FullStack Architect with Java-based backend technologies (Spring Boot, REST APIs) and microfrontend strategies JavaScript frameworks (especially React)

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Define and implement modular and scalable front-end and back-end architectures, including micro frontend strategies.
• Framework & Pattern Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (especially React) and backend technologies (especially Java) to guide development and architectural decisions.
• Code Standards & Governance: Establish, document, and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows across teams.
• Performance & Accessibility: Drive optimization of application performance, ensure accessibility compliance, and promote secure coding practices across all layers of the stack.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and team growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend/frontend teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Task Planning & Coordination: Assist in backlog grooming, task decomposition, and implementation planning. Ensure logical sequencing of tasks, considering dependencies and team capacity.
• Communication: Clearly articulate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in front-end, back-end architecture and large-scale application development.
• Strong proficiency in Java
• Familiarity with Java-based backend technologies (Spring Boot, REST APIs, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with micro frontend and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance monitoring tools.
• Deep understanding of web performance, accessibility standards, responsive design, and secure development practices.
• Experience working with or building design systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and deployment strategies.
• Proven track record in designing and maintaining high-availability systems in production environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
