Junior Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to learn, develop strong business analysis skills, and contribute to large-scale digital transformation projects.

In this role, you will be mentored and supported by experienced professionals, yet you are expected to bring a research-driven, analytical mindset and the ability to work independently without relying solely on guidance. Over time, you will not only contribute to day-to-day responsibilities but also play a key role in shaping strategic decisions across our projects.

Location: İstanbul / Hybrid

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university (preferably Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering backgrounds)
• Strong English proficiency
• Excellent documentation skills with the ability to produce clear and structured workflows, user stories, and requirement documents
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with data to generate insights and support decision-making
• A research-oriented mindset – proactive in finding answers, exploring alternatives, and not solely dependent on supervisors or mentors
• Familiarity with or willingness to adapt to Agile methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Motivation to grow into a professional who can contribute to strategic business decisions in the long run

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare user stories, process flows, data analyses, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams within Agile delivery cycles.
• Translate data into meaningful insights to support project and business objectives.
• Conduct independent research to validate assumptions, propose improvements, and enrich project outcomes.
• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and manage change requests.
• Actively participate in testing processes (e.g., functional testing, API testing) to ensure requirements are properly implemented and quality standards are met.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure business needs are fully understood and addressed.
• Progressively take part in strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
