Lead UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented Lead UX/UI Designer to join our global design team of over 450 multidisciplinary professionals.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape UX/UI strategies that align with both user needs and business objectives
• Guide cross-functional teams through the end-to-end product lifecycle, balancing user experience and interface design
• Translate business KPIs into actionable design goals, ensuring both functional and visual outcomes are measurable
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to discover user needs and design opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align design direction, user interface elements, and project scope
• Develop and oversee efficient delivery processes for projects of varying complexity, ensuring consistency in both UX and UI
• Advocate for data-driven design decisions using effective storytelling that incorporates visuals and prototypes
• Mentor and inspire an interdisciplinary team of designers, emphasizing growth in both UX and UI skill sets
• Mediate conflicts and enable seamless collaboration between diverse project teams and disciplines
• Contribute actively to pre-sales initiatives, such as crafting compelling proposals and delivering client-facing presentations
• Bridge gaps between design, business, and technical teams, ensuring cohesive and visually compelling solutions
• Promote the use of innovative tools, including AI, to enhance both UX strategy and UI creativity in design practice

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX or UI design experience across digital platforms
• Strong portfolio with 12+ completed projects showcasing UI artifacts and UX case studies, preferably including AI-driven products
• Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for interface and interaction design
• Background in designing for web, mobile, and emerging technologies
• Knowledge of AI tools integrated into daily workflows
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in analyzing control results
• Proficiency in English at a B2/C1 level or higher, with polished presentation skills
• Experience in team leadership, including mentoring designers and managing delivery timelines
• Flexibility to adjust processes and approaches to meet unique project needs
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, design-thinking frameworks, and iterative processes
• Capability to align design solutions with business KPIs and user expectations
