About the Role


We are currently hiring for both L2 and L3 Network Engineer roles and offer the opportunity to work on-site in either Warsaw or Krakow. These are B2B roles, and we encourage you to apply for either of the position that best matches your experience.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as a subject matter expert for complex Cisco data center infrastructures.
  • Handle escalated incidents, architect solutions, and lead root cause analysis efforts.
  • Design and implement high-availability networks and failover scenarios.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Multicast routing and Cisco Nexus 2k/5k/7k/9k series switches.
  • Provision and upgrade ACI devices.


Qualifications


  • L3 Network Engineer: As a L3 Network Engineer, you will be a subject matter expert in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex Cisco-based data center infrastructures. This role is responsible for handling escalated incidents, architecting solutions, and leading root cause analysis efforts.
  • L2 Network Engineer: As a L2 Network Engineer, you will provide operational support for data center environments with a focus on Cisco technologies. This role is responsible for incident response, basic configuration tasks, and escalating issues to the L3 team when needed. You should be comfortable working in a production environment with established change management practices.


Required Skills

Core Technical Skills for L3 Network Engineer:

  • Cisco ACI Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with APIC, fabric setup, contracts, policies, and multi-site configurations. You should be able to troubleshoot fabric discovery issues, endpoint learning problems, Static Bindings, Bridge Domains, and L3Out configurations.
  • Routing & Switching (Advanced): Strong, hands-on knowledge of OSPF, BGP, route maps, redistribution, and peering.
  • Cisco Nexus Deep-Dive: Expertise in NX-OS, vPC, FabricPath, VXLAN, and EVPN. Experience with automation tools like NSO, Postman, and Insomnia, as well as data formats like XML and JSON.


Core Technical Skills for L2 Network Engineer:

  • Cisco Networking: Basic to intermediate understanding of the Cisco Nexus (5k/7k/9k) series. Hands-on experience with VLANs, VPCs, port channels, STP, and LACP.
  • Cisco ACI: Familiarity with ACI fabric concepts such as EPGs, Bridge Domains, and Tenants. You should have basic troubleshooting and navigation skills in the APIC GUI.
  • Routing & Switching: Working knowledge of OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP (read-only or basic configuration). Experience with automation tools like NSO, Postman, and Insomnia, as well as data formats like XML and JSON.


Pay range and compensation package

Contract Type: B2B

Location: Warsaw or Krakow

Onsite: Hybrid (3 Days onsite)
