Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with 4–6 years of experience, mainly backend-focused but comfortable collaborating across the stack. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team building digital health solutions used by patients and professionals worldwide, with high standards for security, stability, and availability.

Tech stack: Python (FastAPI/Flask), PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, React, TypeScript, Next.js, Docker, AWS, CI/CD.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Contribute to frontend features when needed
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability across systems
• Collaborate with designers, product leads, and engineers
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

Requirements:

• 4–6 years’ software engineering experience
• Strong Python and backend skills
• Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Some frontend knowledge (React/TypeScript)
• Fluency in Norwegian and good English communication
