Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a CTO to join the management team at an Oslo-based SaaS company!

This is a varied role where you will lead a team of 20+ developers and engineers whilst working closely with the wider business to design and implement technical strategy

Your role can involve:

• Defining and leading the long-term technical strategy within the business
• Leading a cross-functional team which consists of software, AI and DevOps Engineers
• Ensuring our product and platform is scalable, fit for purpose and secure
• Driving our AI strategy by trialing use cases and exploring new alternatives
• Leading hiring processes and defining recruitment needs
• Be a leader for best practice and engineering standards within the business

We are looking for you to have some of the following experiences:

A strong technical background with experience contributing towards SaaS solutions ( you will be working in an environment which utilises technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS)

You should also have:

• Prior experience leading engineering teams
• Experience scaling environments
• Experience working with technical/business strategy
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Experience with AI/ML is a bonus
