We face exciting challenges and have ambitious plans for the future. We primarily work with Python, C#, Azure, PostgreSQL, and Neo4j. We have established ourselves as an innovator in Norway and have begun international expansion. Now, we’re seeking a Product Manager – New Markets with a founder’s mindset to lead the development and launch of our first Swedish products – and pave the way for future market entries across the Nordics.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll lead the product strategy and execution for entering new markets, including:

• Full responsibility for launching Bislab products in new countries.
• Secure necessary data access through dialogue with public registries and private companies.
• Lead product development to adapt solutions to local regulations, technical requirements, and customer needs.
• Understand market dynamics – deeply map commercial environments and customer expectations.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is fluent in Norwegian or Swedish (essential, as data sources and regulations are not in English).
• Has proven experience as a Product Manager, achieving ambitious and hard-to-reach objectives.
• Thrives in cross-functional collaboration and can lead technical teams effectively.
• Has knowledge of data science, algorithms, or machine learning (a strong advantage).
• Is passionate about technology-driven products with a positive societal impact.
• Brings energy, resilience, and adaptability to launch products in new and diverse markets.
