Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate diverse projects that drive company growth and operational excellence. You will manage projects of varying complexity across departments and locations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and consistency in project deliverables.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering diverse projects, from strategy to IT implementation.
• Consulting experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, , MS Project).
• Adaptability to work on several projects in paralllel, of varying scope and complexity.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.
