We’re looking for a Principal Associate, iOS Engineer

If you’re passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and driving innovation, this role is for you. As a senior member of our mobile engineering team, you’ll design, develop, and deliver features that power engaging customer experiences on iOS. You’ll collaborate across Agile teams, shape delivery pipelines, mentor junior engineers, and help define strategies for testing and product functionality.

What You’ll Do

• Build innovative iOS applications and deliver high-quality features using Swift
• Collaborate across Agile teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions spanning the full technology stack
• Guide the strategy for delivery pipelines, testing practices, and product capabilities
• Provide technical leadership, supporting cross-team initiatives and coordination
• Partner with testing engineers from early design through production release
• Proactively identify gaps, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to completion
• Explore emerging technologies and introduce new capabilities to the team
• Mentor and elevate junior engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in native iOS development with Swift
• 1+ year of experience with testing frameworks such as XCUITest, XCTest, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or MVC
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications (Not all required—growth is encouraged!)

• Exposure to SwiftUI, Cocoapods/Swift Package Manager, Moya, Combine, and threading concepts
• Experience with Objective-C or Java development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Fastlane, or Groovy
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
