User Interface Designer

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with a strong emphasis on user interface design to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer passionate about crafting visually compelling, data-driven applications while ensuring usability and intuitive interaction.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to bring ideas to life, focusing on high-quality UI design, interaction design, and product design. This opportunity offers a chance to work on an AI-driven initiative within the financial services space, creating broad, data-heavy applications rather than e-commerce or lightweight apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into polished, high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile.
• Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready assets.
• Create and evolve design systems for consistency across products.
• Collaborate with developers to maintain design fidelity through implementation.
• Apply UX principles to ensure accessibility and usability while emphasizing visual craft.
• Participate in meetings, gather requirements, and translate them into design solutions.
• Stay current with tools, trends, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (intermediate level acceptable for this role).
• Strong UI portfolio showcasing finished products (not just case studies).
• Proficiency with Figma (Sketch, Adobe XD a plus).
• Deep understanding of visual design principles: layout, typography, color, hierarchy.
• Experience with design systems and building data-heavy applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Financial services/banking experience (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS).
• Experience designing dashboards, workflows, or enterprise applications.
• Skills in motion/interaction design (animations, transitions).
• Exposure to usability validation/research.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools.
