About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Management Trainee in Product Management to join our growing team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (1-2 years) who aspire to develop into future product leaders in the gaming industry. You will work closely with senior management and directly with the team leader, who will personally interview and mentor selected candidates.

This program is an exciting opportunity to learn how world-class gaming products are built, scaled, and managed, while contributing meaningfully from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product managers in planning, analyzing, and executing new features and mobile game content.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations, and marketing).
• Learn and contribute to live operations, performance metrics tracking, and product optimization.
• Take on projects and challenges designed to stretch your problem-solving and leadership skills.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualities

• Educational Background: Graduate from a top university (e.g., NUS, NTU, SMU or other international reputable institutions).
• Passion for Gaming: A genuine love for gaming, ideally from a young, with a strong understanding of different genres, platforms, and player communities.
• Resilience: Evidence of overcoming personal, educational, or professional challenges, showing grit and determination.
• Mindset: High standards, driven, and eager to grow into a future leader in product management.
• Language: Ability to communiate fluently in Mandarin due to the need to communicate with stakeholders based in our China office.
