Our client is an award-winning web design and development consultancy that helps enterprise organizations solve complex problems and accelerate growth through elegant, data-driven digital solutions. Their areas of expertise include application modernization, eCommerce, UX/UI design, product strategy, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.

You’ll collaborate with some of the most innovative organizations in the world and work on cutting-edge technologies that push the boundaries of design and software development. You’ll also be part of a community that promotes long-term success, not just for clients but for each other.

Our client is looking for a dedicated UX/UI Designer with a minimum of 2 years experience to craft supremely usable, aesthetically appealing, responsive, and holistic digital user experiences. With hands-on experience, our ideal candidate will utilize the latest user research, synthesis, and validation techniques to define a results-driven strategy that meets all business and user requirements. They will then execute a best-in-class visual design in collaboration with UX Designer, Strategists, Product Managers and the client themselves. This will include interactions, prototypes and design documentation to ensure this is engineer-ready.

Candidates must provide a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of techniques and processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of UX / UI experience designing for ecommerce and/or enterprise clients
• An online portfolio or case study that demonstrates a solid understanding of both UI techniques and best practices
• Proficiency with Figma
• Familiarity with the Agile project methodology
• Excellent written / verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate in dynamic, fast-paced environment

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $40.00 to $55.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
