Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer

We're on the lookout for an accomplished Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer, particularly skilled in React, to join our distributed team remotely.

In this capacity, you'll spearhead the development and upkeep of software solutions, capitalizing on your adeptness in JavaScript and its associated technologies. This role promises dynamism and challenge, offering the chance to engage in stimulating projects and collaborate across multifaceted teams.

Responsibilities

• Craft, maintain, and innovate software solutions utilizing JavaScript and its allied technologies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scrutinize requirements, architect solutions, and actualize software
• Engage with databases and backend tech such as Node.js, Redis, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
• Develop and sustain front-end modules leveraging ReactJS and related tools
• Draft and uphold code documentation, encompassing technical blueprints and user guides
• Uphold software integrity through meticulous code reviews, rigorous testing, and adept debugging
• Partake in design deliberations, furnishing insights on requirements, product blueprints, and foreseeable hurdles
• Contribute to the evolution of prime practices and benchmarks for software development

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript development, showcasing adeptness across various frameworks and libraries
• Hands-on familiarity with backend development utilizing Node.js, encompassing database interactions with Redis, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
• Proficiency in Redux or Flux for state management in intricate applications
• Practical expertise in ReactJS development, spanning component creation and seamless integration with other modules
• Robust comprehension of software development doctrines and methodologies, inclusive of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Sound familiarity with HTML, CSS, and associated technologies for front-end progression
• Proficiency in code validation and troubleshooting, employing tools like Jest or Enzyme
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and adeptness at collaborative teamwork
• Strong organizational acumen and a penchant for precision to deliver top-tier output
• Fluent verbal and written English, exhibiting upper-intermediate proficiency or higher for effective communication
